Terms of Service

By using jobwyre ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.
The service
The app is a personal tool for tracking job applications, interviews, and offers, with a free plan and optional paid plans for higher usage limits. It's provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and may change or become unavailable at any time.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping any API key you generate confidential; anyone with your API key can create or edit jobs in your account.
Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in the app; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then reverts to the free plan. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices going forward; changes won't apply to a billing period you've already paid for.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to store data you don't have the right to store, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Account termination
We may suspend or delete an account that violates the acceptable use terms above. See our Privacy Policy for what account information the app operator can access for this purpose.
Limitation of liability
The app is offered without any guarantee of uptime or data durability. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's home jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
