A job application tracker built for a real search
A free job application tracker: keep every application on one board, put interview rounds on a real calendar, get a reminder before each one, and let Claude or ChatGPT update the board for you. jobwyre keeps the whole job hunt in one place: a board for every application, a calendar for interview rounds, and a reminder before each one. It is free to start, and it connects to the AI assistant you already use.
What you can track
One board for every application
Drag each role through To apply, Applied, Interviews, On-hold, Offers, and Rejections. Sort any column by applied date, interview date, company, or your own job match score. Search across company, role, city, work type, and notes.
Interview rounds on a real calendar
Every interview round gets a date and time, not a note buried in a cell. Subscribe to a private feed from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or any app that can subscribe by URL, and the rounds sit alongside the rest of your week.
A reminder before each interview
An in-app reminder for every upcoming round, plus an email shortly before each interview on the Pro and Max plans. Turn the emails off whenever you want.
Your AI assistant can keep it current
jobwyre hosts a built-in MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP client can read your board and, if you allow it, add and update applications. No scripts, no exports.
Installable on your phone or desktop
Add jobwyre to your home screen and open it like any other app, so your board is one tap away when a recruiter calls.
A REST API for your own tools
Read and write your board from your own scripts, with the same limits and validation as the app.
Job application spreadsheet vs jobwyre
A spreadsheet is fine for the first handful of applications. The average search in 2026 runs to dozens of them, with overlapping interview loops. Here is where a dedicated tracker pulls ahead.

How it works
- 1
Sign in with Google
No separate password. Your board is seeded with a few sample jobs so it is not empty on day one.
- 2
Add the roles you are chasing
Company, role, link, city, work type, and a status. Add them by hand, or ask a connected assistant to log the one you just applied to.
- 3
Track interviews and follow-ups
Put each interview round on the calendar, get reminded before it, and see at a glance what has gone quiet and needs a nudge.
Job application tracker FAQ
Is jobwyre free?
Yes. The Free plan covers an active search: 30 job adds a month by hand, plus read-only access from the REST API and a connected AI assistant.
Can I use it as a job application tracker without any AI?
Yes. The board, calendar, sorting, search, and in-app reminders all work on their own. The MCP server and REST API are there if you want an assistant to help, but nothing depends on them.
How is this better than a job application spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet has no pipeline stages, no real interview calendar, no reminders, and no way for an AI assistant to keep it current. Past 20 or 30 applications it gets hard to scan. jobwyre is built for that volume.
Can I import my existing spreadsheet?
There is no one-click importer yet. You can paste roles in quickly by hand, or connect an AI assistant on a Pro or Max plan and have it create the entries from your sheet.
Does it work on my phone?
jobwyre is a responsive web app. It works in your phone browser and you can add it to your home screen. There is no native app yet.
